How are orders placed?

What are the modes of payment?
Online Payment Modes - Visa, Master Payment Modes - Direct deposits, Band transfers and Cash on delivery (COD)
Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?
Yes we do. We are open 365 days.
Do you deliver on specific times?
Deliveries at specific times of the day can be requested but not guaranteed. Delivery will be made on the date requested and every effort will be made to meet requests as per the preferred times period.
Within how many days will the gifts be delivered?
We will deliver the gift on the exact date you select during the checkout process or while placing the order over the phone.
Is it possible to send a gift without mentioning my Name?
Yes, there is an option to select as "Anonymous Gift" during Labandi checkout process, if that option is selected the gifts will be delivered without mentioning the senders details.
Does Labandi deliver all island?
We cover most of the cities in Sri Lanka except for a very few like the North and East areas in Sri Lanka. Click here to check our all delivery areas.
How do I check the status of my order?
The customer is informed after delivery via an email. If needed click hereto check order status. You will get a confirmation e-mail right after you place the order. Enterthat order number to check the delivery status of your gift arrangement.
What if we can't find your recipient's address?
It is compulsory to enter the phone number of the recipient. If the address is too difficult to find we will contact the recipient to get directions.
What happens if my recipient is not present at the time of delivery?
We will call the recipient or sender and deliver to a nearby location with their consent.
Could I have same day delivery for gifts?
Only for selected product orders placed before 10 am of the same day. Click herefor same day gift selection.
Can my order be a surprise?
You must clearly mention that on “Special Instructions” field. The address and directions with the correct landmarks must be clearly stated, If not we may have to call the receiver when the sender is not contactable. Surprise option will not be given for Midnight deliveries.
What if the city I want is not listed?

Do you deliver gifts to the overseas?
Sorry, we don’t deliver gifts in overseas.
